{"id":11853,"date":"2025-04-17T17:10:41","date_gmt":"2025-04-17T15:10:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/chanic.com\/recruitment-notice-2\/"},"modified":"2026-03-16T23:21:31","modified_gmt":"2026-03-16T22:21:31","slug":"recruitment-notice-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/chanic.com\/en\/recruitment-notice-2\/","title":{"rendered":"RECRUITMENT NOTICE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p>Groupe CHANIMETAL <strong>(<\/strong><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.chanic.com\">www.chanic.com<\/a><\/strong><strong>)<\/strong> is seeking for immediate employment at its head office in Kinshasa :<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>SALES MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>I. <strong><u>MAIN MISSION OF THE POSITION<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Assist the Sales Manager by drafting reports, correspondence, account follow-up, customers, prospects, suppliers and subcontractors  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>II. <strong><u>DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>  Follow up offers with the various departments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>  Track customer orders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>  Draft customer correspondence and contracts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>  Update the price list with stock levels<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>  Tender follow-up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>  Check sales closing  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>III. <strong><u>QUALIFICATIONS :<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Degree in business, finance or marketing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 3 years in a similar position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>IV. <strong><u><strong>SPECIFIC QUALITIES<\/strong>:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Good presentation, fluent and persuasive expression,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perfect command of the French language: oral and written,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to build trusting relationships,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to take initiative,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Notions of English,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in computer tools such as Word and Excel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>V.
